Melodic rockers Sugar Ray will be returning to Las Vegas on September 24th, 2009, appearing at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay. They will take the stage again with Music for Cougars which will be released on July 21st, 2009. Sugar Ray will perform such hits as “Boardwalk” off of their upcoming album, as well as favorites like “RPM” (one of my favorites!), “Fly”, “Every Morning”, “Someday” and “Mr. Bartender (It’s So Easy)”.
Cardiology, Good Charlotte’s new album will feature love ballads and deep lyrics, Joel explained, “Is the branch of medicine that deals with diseases of the heart. So when you think about it — is there any real medicine when it comes to dealing with any feelings of the heart, whether it’s love or hate or anger? Is there really any medicine for that? There really is nothing you can do for the conditions of the heart.”
Diana Krall’s new album ‘Quiet Nights’ will be released on March 31st. This new album combines Brazillian and west coast jazz styles and features three recordings of songs by bossa nova legend Antonio Carlos Jobim. For the first time since the multi-platinum 2001 album ‘The Look of Love’, Diana Krall reunites with arranger Claus Ogerman.
I love Jewel. She’s so good. Ty Murray and Jewel, the newlyweds are looking forward to becoming parents. “We’re really excited to have a kid”. This give Jewel influence to work on a collection of original lullabies. What a lucky baby! She deserves a happily ever after. I am sure she will be the most loving amazing mother. The Economic Engine, a multi-media powerhouse collaboration combining the forces of two chamber ensembles, Music from China and The Todd Reynolds String Quartet, with video produced by Cindy Ng Sio Leng, coordinated and performed by Adam Kendall with Rolnick’s musical score. This visual realization portrays the impact of dramatic economic growth on the lives of the Chinese people. The four movements are called Traffic, Farm to Factory, Opaque Air, and Hutong to Highrise.
