A friend of mine decided to get married and ask for my music advice. What an honor. Based on my personal opinion, music is a must for your wedding, whether this comes in the form of live band (standard), DJ (modern style), or even comedian (unique). Please note, once you’ve settled on a DJ, have a one-on-one discussion with the DJ. It is important for you to explain what type of entertainment and mood you want to have during the reception. Ask if the DJ’s familiar with wedding protocol. If not, you might want to brief the DJ first about the sensibility of the event.

You may think to have a rocking good time for your reception, and then hiring a band is the way to go. People get going with the energy of a live band. It is always a better idea to have a rock and roll band. Remember, before hiring a band; ask them if you could listen to their music first. It’s best to hire a band that has had previous experience with wedding receptions. Classical groups, piano soloists, and instrumentalists are more appropriate for more formal weddings. You may want to consider the sensibilities of your guests, to ensure that everyone has a good time! Well, you should choose music wisely, just like when you think about car allowance, because your choice can make or break this occasion.

Music brings beautiful atmosphere to your wedding. Music is an aphrodisiac and makes people in the mood. It will bring lots of laughs and happy memories as when the guests and family start to have their drinks. The dancing floor becomes more enjoyable. It is obvious, how could a couple enjoy their dancing with no music?
